In an effort to minimize classroom interruptions, we have a new procedure for handling parent drop-offs during the school day. Please read the following for detailed instructions:
No outside food deliveries will be accepted for students (i.e. Door Dash, Uber, Postmates etc.) during the school day.
Parents may drop off lunch boxes and food from the home.
The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items, please do not leave valuable items at the school for pickup.
We do understand that from time to time, in the rush of life, things happen, so we want to make an accommodation for that on the rare occasion that it is needed.
Procedures:
There is a shelving unit to the left of the reception window in the Secure Inner Lobby. There are bins with binder clips on the shelves.
Use the available paper and pen to write your child's name on the paper, then clip it to the bin.
Place your items in the bin and text your child before school or during their lunch to let them know that you have left an item for them in the bin.
Between classes and during lunch, they will be allowed to pick up the item that you have left.
Please remind your child that they should make sure they have everything they need for the school day prior to leaving home and that drop-offs are to be kept to a minimum.
Again, valuables left in the bins are not the responsibility of the school.
