To process your student's withdrawal, please fill out the form available below. You may email this completed form to our guidance staff members Celeste Goodwin (goodwinc@walton.k12.fl.us) or Jessica Obert (obertj@walton.k12.fl.us). You may also submit it in person to our front office.
