If your child plays a sport of plans to, they must have a current athletic physical on file. Pancare will offer free athletic physicals to FHS students May 5-7 2026. Students will obtain the needed forms from their coach, the parent will complete and sign the forms, the student will return the signed forms to the coach by May 1st. The parent/student will go online to make the appointment with Pancare. On the day and time of the physical the student will be called for their appointment with the Pancare medical staff during school hours.Students are encouraged to make appointments during non-core classes.
