Current and former students may complete the online transcript request form below. Former students can be expected to verify their identity with our registrar. You may also submit a paper transcript request by printing the attached forms below and emailing them to Registrar Celeste Goodwin at goodwinc@walton.k12.fl.us. Currents students may also fill out a transcript request available in our front office and submit to Mrs. Goodwin directly.
