Pancare Sports Physical Dates
Students must get a Sports Physical Packet from their Coach and it must be fully completed and turned in by the deadline in order to get their physical at school. This is a convenience to our school granted by Pancare. If you are unable to get a physical during this time, and you plan to play sports during the 2024-25 school year, you will need to obtain a sports physical on your own from your healthcare provider.
